해바라기 전시회는 티오리포셀린아트(홍콩한인여성회)작가 17명이 참가하여 29개의 도자기 작품을 선보인다.
이 전시는 홍콩 한국문화원 7층에서 개최될 예정이며, 해바라기는 장소에 상관없이 예로부터 부와 행운의 상징으로 여겨 작가들은 길조를 표현하기 위한 작품들에 해바라기를 많이 사용해 왔다.
이번 전시는 작가들이 해바라기에서 얻은 영감을 아름답고 다양한 방법으로 표현하여, 풍성한 작품세계를 경험할 수 있을 것이다.
The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong and T.O.LEE Porcelain Art will jointly present “SUNFLOWER: Searching for happiness”, with the participation of 17 Korean artists and showcasing 29 porcelain artworks.
It will be held on the 7/F of Korean Cultural Center, while another Korea-Hong Kong exchange porcelain paintings exhibition, “CONNECTTraveling HK MTR with Hangeul”, will be held on the 6/F. Sunflowers symbolize wealth and luck at all times and in all places.
Thus, they were often painted in artworks to represent auspiciousness. In the exhibition, the artists incorporated sunflowers into their porcelain artworks in various ways.
